You’ll inherit a warm, reputation-led desk with clear opportunity to grow revenue quickly - ideal for someone who knows how to build relationships, win business, and convert. About the role You’ll manage a West London Accountancy & Finance perm desk, covering areas including Hammersmith, Kensington, Notting Hill and Earls Court. This desk has: An established reputation built by a successful previous consultant Active client relationships with room to re-engage and expand Strong potential across mid-level finance roles (£40k+) Opportunity to build long-term client partnerships You’ll have the autonomy to run your desk like your own business, backed by an experienced manager and a collaborative office environment.
