You might come from a trade, technical background, or any role where you work with your hands. People with experience in plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, construction, civils, hospitality, customer service, manufacturing, and similar industries have all thrived in this position. Safety is at the core of everything we do, and we’re looking for people who value working safely, following procedures, and looking out for their teammates and customers. We value the skills you already have and will help you build the ones you need. Join us in shaping Australia’s digital future. In this hands‑on, customer‑focused role, you’ll be helping connect homes and communities, making a real difference every day. A bit about your role   As a Customer Field Technician in Logan, you’ll work independently to complete a variety of tasks across different nbn technologies. Your work will include installations, repairs, maintenance, and supporting customers in their homes or businesses.
