We are hiring a Senior Interior Designer / Architect to deliver high-quality design projects from concept through completion. If you are passionate about design excellence and project execution, this is your opportunity! Responsibilities Own and participate in all phases of design, from initial concept development and design documentation to construction monitoring and final project completion. Define and develop design solutions, detailed drawings, and sketch plans aligned with project briefs, technical specifications, resource/budget constraints, and market positioning. Partner closely with internal departments, consultants, contractors, and external professionals to develop and deliver interior and architectural designs that uphold the organization's quality standards, procedures, and specifications. Work in tandem with the Project Manager to navigate statutory submissions/coordination, maintain cost discipline, and keep projects on programme and timeline. Review, validate, and present tender drawings and documentation for internal alignment, presentation, and external bidding. Conduct regular site inspections and engage with site staff to monitor design progress, identify potential issues, and implement approved solutions. Coordinate material and resource logistics to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Requirements Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience at a reputable interior or architectural design firm. Prior experience working with a property developer is a strong advantage. Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Proficiency in Revit, Rhino and D5 Rendering software; openness to adopting AI-assisted design tools as part of an iterative design process. Strong communication and coordination skills in both English and Mandarin. Proven ability in collaborative design problem-solving and team communication.
