Strong stakeholder-management and business-partnering skills, including requirements gathering, prioritisation and follow-through. The ability to translate data into clear, plain-English insights for audiences at different levels. Comfort working productively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Highly desired capabilities Experience working in marketing and/or lifecycle analytics, with an understanding of audience segmentation, personalisation, engagement, retention, conversion and the property journey. Strong audience and member analysis skills, including investigating changes in engagement, retention, campaign performance and key member metrics. Experience with experimentation and campaign measurement, including CTR, conversion, opt-in/out behaviour, send volumes and attribution. Experience with digital analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, and hands-on experience with advertising platforms. A strong understanding of digital marketing across SEM/PPC, social and SEO, plus broader above-the-line and below-the-line channels. Experience working with, or knowledge of, marketing mix models and forecasting methods such as SARIMA or Prophet. Any level of Python, plus familiarity with production data operations such as Breeze jobs, Airflow, PagerDuty, Buildkite, Git and pull requests.
