About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support our Customer Service and Operations team on a 4-month contract basis.
This role is suitable for candidates with around 1 year of working experience in shipping, logistics, customer service, or administration. More importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach to getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer collections and deliveries.
- Prepare shipping and delivery documents, including Delivery Notes, Shipping Invoices, and supporting certificates.
- Liaise with customers, freight forwarders, couriers, and warehouses to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Track shipment status and update relevant stakeholders.
- Verify shipment details and ensure data accuracy in the ERP system.
- Coordinate with factories and logistics partners on shipment arrangements.
- Maintain proper filing of shipping and commercial documentation.
- Support the Customer Service team with shipment-related activities and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Meticulous and able to handle documentation accurately.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
