【Main Task】 1. Business Process Design & Transformation • Support NextGen CRM (Salesforce) and S/4HANA implementation projects from a business process perspective. • Analyze current business workflows and identify opportunities for process optimization and standardization. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to define future operating models and system requirements. • Assist in documenting business processes, SOPs, work instructions, and governance guidelines. 2. Cross-functional Project Coordination • Coordinate project activities among HQ, Regional Teams, IT, Sales, Finance, Logistics, SCM, and Customer Service functions. • Track project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key risks. • Facilitate workshops, project meetings, requirement discussions, and issue resolution sessions. • Consolidate business requirements and ensure alignment between global standards and local business needs. • Support management reporting and project progress communication. 3. Testing & Change Management • Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. • Prepare test scenarios, test scripts, and testing documentation. • Coordinate defect tracking, issue follow-up, and validation activities. • Support end-user training and system adoption programs. 4. Data Analytics & Business Insights • Analyze business performance data and operational KPIs. • Prepare management reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations. • Monitor business trends and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Support data validation, master data governance, and reporting accuracy during transformation projects. 【Experience】 • 7+ years in Order management, logistics, SCM or customer service, ERP/CRM project experience • Experience in team leadership or project coordination • Order-to-Cash process knowledge • Understanding of logistic operations • Familiar with UAT and testing activities 【Other skills】 • Strong written and spoken English (TOEIC 700+) • Experience working with global or regional teams Your ZEISS Recruiting Team Step out of your comfort zone, excel and redefine the limits of what is possible.
