What you will bring along: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field. Previous experience in an HR Coordinator role, preferably within a large organization or industrial/manufacturing environment. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Excel capabilities. Experience working with Malam HR systems is an advantage. Fluency in English; Russian language skills are an advantage. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
