Objetivo del puesto: Gestionar la adquisición eficiente y oportuna de materiales directos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los requerimientos de producción, calidad, costo y tiempos de entrega, alineado con la estrategia de abastecimiento de la compañía. Responsabilidades: -Ejecutar procesos de compra de materiales directos (materia prima, componentes, etc.). -Negociar con proveedores nacionales e internacionales. -Monitorear niveles de inventario y coordinar entregas. -Evaluar desempeño de proveedores y generar planes de mejora. -Colaborar con áreas como Producción, Calidad y Logística. -Cumplir con políticas internas de compras y auditorías. -Crear un paquete de solicitud de presupuesto (eléctrico) y analizar y puntuar para seleccionar al mejor proveedor. -Negociar y adjudicar a los proveedores que cumplan con la estrategia y la política de productos básicos de GSM. -Celebrar una reunión inicial con el proveedor adjudicatario y apoyar la gestión de APQP en los proveedores. -Emitir órdenes de compra de herramientas y gestionar los documentos de herramientas de los proveedores necesarios. -Introducir los datos relacionados en el sistema ERP y emitir prototipos, pedidos PPAP y órdenes de compra generales a los proveedores. Gestionar los cambios de proveedores durante el desarrollo y la producción en serie.
