Your Impact Full Lifecycle Development: Technical leadership in an agile team to design, develop, test, and deliver new features and improvements to our products. DevOps & Microservices: Help lead the operational side of our highly available microservice architecture. Minimum Qualifications: 3rd Level Qualification: Bachelor's or higher degree in an analytical subject (e.g. Computer Science, Electronic/Software Engineering). Work experience: 4+ years demonstrated experience in software development. Coding Aptitude: Extensive architecture and programming experience and the willingness to learn new technologies quickly. Problem Solver: Ability to apply and lead a scientific approach and creative skills to complex problems. Adaptable & Collaborative: Flexible, thrives in diverse team environments, and communicates clearly and precisely. Quality Focus: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to continuous learning and quality results. Preferred Qualifications: Any of the following skills would be particularly advantageous, but we welcome applications without these: Knowledge of programming in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C++, JavaScript Experience with data science / AI Familiarity with Git, DevOps, continuous integration, continuous delivery We provide training and mentoring for all new team members to fill in any gaps.
