What you’ll do: Deliver sharp, commercially focused financial due diligence insights and high-quality reports that support complex transactions and create confidence for our clients. Lead detailed financial analysis across buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, uncovering key value drivers, risks and opportunities. Build a deep understanding of client businesses and sectors to identify what really drives performance, providing clear, actionable insights that help accelerate successful deals. What we’re looking for: Experience in transaction services, assurance (e.g. external audit), corporate finance or valuations, with a strong grounding in financial analysis and reporting. A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused mindset, who brings energy to delivering across multiple engagements. Comfortable using digital tools and emerging technologies to enhance financial analysis, insight generation and the way you work. Skilled at translating complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives for clients, stakeholders and your team. Commercially sharp, with strong business acumen, an eye on market trends and the ability to assess opportunities and provide strategic, value-adding insights. Known for your integrity, empathy and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted, long-term relationships internally and with clients.
