DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH In unserer Abteilung Facility Management in unserer Verwaltung in Düsseldorf bist du befristet für ein Jahr eine wichtige Unterstützung für das Team und übernimmst folgende Aufgaben: Postbearbeitung (Eingangs- Ausgangspost, Hauspost) Bearbeitung der virtuellen Eingangspost Empfang/Rezeption Rechnungs-Clearing Reklamationen falsch ausgestellter Rechnungen Konferenzraum-Service Verwaltung der Schließfächer DAS BRINGST DU MIT Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule, Studium idealerweise mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen oder volkswirtschaftlichen Bezug Zeit und Lust, uns bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche zu unterstützen KFZ-Affinität von Vorteil Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift Souveränen Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket Das sind wir Ayvens ist ein führender globaler Akteur für nachhaltige Mobilität mit dem Ziel: Making life flow better.
