Site Engagement Lead At ICON Strategic Solutions, you will work in a sponsor-dedicated model, supported by ICON’s global expertise. What You Will Do: Develop and implement site-specific action plans to accelerate patient recruitment and retention Educate healthcare professionals and site staff on study protocols, procedures, and disease areas. Engage with the public in formal health fairs or patient advocacy group events to provide approved, publicly available information. Partner with referral networks to identify potential trial participants. Analyze site performance data to tailor recruitment strategies and improve enrollment outcomes. Conduct recruitment educational sessions and share best practices across sites. Maintain accurate records in internal reporting systems and manage Stay current with technical knowledge in relevant therapeutic areas. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Health sciences Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience working in clinical trials 1 year of immunology experience; preferred dermatology 1 year of experience as a Clinical Trial Educator/Site Engagement Lead/Clinical Trial Liaison like role Deep knowledge and Clinical competence in relevant therapeutic areas. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make informed decisions. Collaborative mindset with a strong customer service orientation. High flexibility to travel and adapt to diverse cultural environments (appx 60% but must be able to travel as study needs demand) Mentorship capabilities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
