Hos APM Terminals Aarhus søger vi en Gate and Customer Care support til en midlertidig stilling på cirka 6 måneder. Dette er en praktisk og operationel rolle, hvor du bliver en del af den daglige drift på terminalen. Arbejdstiden ligger mandag til fredag mellem kl. 05.45 og 19.30, og du vil indgå i en vagtplan med både tidlige og sene vagter. Hvad kommer du til at lave? Du vil primært støtte den daglige Customer Care-drift og hjælpe chauffører, transportører og kunder i forbindelse med ind- og udlevering af containere. Dine opgaver vil blandt andet være at: Besvare henvendelser fra chauffører og kunder Hjælpe med praktiske spørgsmål i forbindelse med den daglige terminaldrift Kontrollere og håndtere bookinger, containere og dokumentation Arbejde med administrative og operationelle opgaver i vores systemer Håndtere tilbagevendende og rutineprægede opgaver Vi forestiller os, at du: Er serviceminded og kommunikerer på en enkel og professionel måde Er komfortabel med at arbejde i forskellige IT-systemer Kan kommunikere på dansk og engelsk Er fleksibel i forhold til arbejdstider Om stillingen Stillingen er som udgangspunkt midlertidig i cirka 6 måneder. Mulighed for opstart med kort varsel vil være en fordel.
