As we grow across Europe, we’re looking for a hands-on Support Associate to keep our customers up and running. This is a temporary 3-month role with the possibility of extension. You’ll support Pio customers across Europe remotely, troubleshooting software, IT and hardware issues and guiding customers to fast, safe solutions. It’s a great entry point if you’re early in your career and want to build real technical skills while working directly with customers. What you’ll be working on Provide first- and second-line remote support for Pio customers and distributors across Europe Diagnose and troubleshoot software, IT, hardware and performance issues using remote tools Guide customers through fixes so issues are resolved safely and efficiently Monitor and respond to support tickets, keeping cases documented and resolved within service level expectations Escalate complex issues when needed, while staying the customer’s main point of contact Spot recurring issues and help improve our support processes as Pio grows You’ll thrive here if you Like figuring out why something isn’t working and how to fix it Enjoy working directly with customers and have an excellent tone of voice Stay calm when there’s a problem to solve Learn quickly and can prioritize your own work independently Want to build your skills in automation and robotics What you bring Experience with remote support for IT and basic hardware Experience with TeamViewer and support ticket systems Customer service or other direct customer contact Basic knowledge of software, IT systems and networking Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus What you’ll get at Pio Hands-on experience with warehouse automation and robotics Training across Pio and AutoStore technology Direct experience working with customers across Europe Possibility of continuing after 3 months.
