Vision: We envision a community where everyone benefits from whole health care, experiences well-being, and has a self-directed, connected life. Program Description: Intensive Case Management (ICM) operates as a core service within Cascadia’s broader PSRB service delivery model, providing flexible, community‑based, interdisciplinary support tailored to each individual’s changing needs and personal recovery goals. As part of Cascadia’s PSRB forensic and clinical programs, ICM serves individuals with serious mental illness who benefit from community‑based interventions rather than traditional clinic‑based care, complementing the program’s strengths‑based, trauma‑informed treatment approach. This integrated model promotes health, stability, safety, and successful long‑term community integration for individuals mandated to treatment by the State of Oregon’s PSRB. Why PSRB?
