ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements: Pricing, Rate Card & Yield Strategy Own development and optimization of Retail Media pricing strategies and rate cards. Establish pricing frameworks across onsite, offsite, in-store, sponsorship and emerging media products. Develop product packaging and bundled solutions that maximize advertiser value and revenue growth. Analyze inventory utilization, demand trends and sell-through rates to identify yield optimization opportunities. Recommend rate card adjustments, premium inventory offerings and seasonal pricing strategies. Go-to-Market Strategy & Commercialization Lead GTM planning and commercialization of new Retail Media products and partnerships. Define product positioning, value propositions, messaging and launch strategies. Partner with Product and Operations teams to ensure commercial readiness and successful launches. Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Education Create and maintain pitch decks, product guides, FAQs, playbooks and rate cards. Lead Retail Media training programs across Sales, Marketing, Operations and partner teams. Serve as internal Retail Media subject matter expert. Cross-Functional Leadership Act as primary liaison across Sales, Product, Marketing, Analytics, Finance and Operations. Drive alignment on commercialization priorities, launch timelines, and revenue objectives. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field preferred. Minimum five to seven years of retail media experience, including pricing strategy and sales enablement. Must be able to adapt rapidly to changing environment, while managing multiple priorities to deliver on deadlines. Self-starter who is comfortable, building programs and defining ways or working Strong communication skills with ability to influence and partner cross-functionally with various levels of leadership.
