Habilidades, Calificaciones y Experiencia Experiencia previa como entrenador de fútbol, instructor deportivo o profesorde educación física. Experiencia trabajando con niños y adolescentes. Capacidad para planificar entrenamientos, organizar partidos y supervisaractividades deportivas. Experiencia manejando grupos y adaptando actividades a diferentes nivelesde habilidad. Habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y manejo de grupos. Capacidad para motivar a los estudiantes y fomentar el trabajo en equipo,el respeto y la disciplina.
