This hands-on role involves regular lifting, movement and manual handling throughout the shift. We are seeking reliable casual, part time and full-time Pick Packers to join our team at our Wacol Fulfilment Centre. This is a hands-on role that involves picking and packing commercial orders, replenishing stock, and frequent manual handling. Successful candidates must be able to safely perform repetitive lifting and physical duties in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $28.64 per hour for permanent roles We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $35.08 per hour for casual roles What’s involved:   Pick and pack customer orders Monitor merchandise and replenishment of products Contribute positively to the team culture Focus on safety and training protocols Communicating with the team and leadership Who we’re looking for: The ideal candidate is good team player with a passion for operations and customer service.
