Key tasks • Follow established sales processes and guidelines to promote and sell Alfa Laval disc stack separator and services. • Analyze and understand market insights and the customers buying behavior and make sales plans according to the business division strategy and targets, by working closely with experienced sales or sales team leader. • Look for and manage leads from the market and customers, and convert them in real business opportunities in other to ensure the pipeline. • Be active in the market and focus on making visits, meetings and interactions to customers, focusing on customer needs understanding and highlighting the value of our products and services. • Runs the operation by managing the customer grid and proactive planning in our tools. • Develop value quotes reflecting the customer needs stressing the unique selling points and follow up. Participate in technical exchanges and business negotiations • Use the CRM tool and other tools in a consistent and qualitative way, to support the sales process and take decisions. Competencies, experience and attitudes to do the job Knowledge: • 5+ years sales or application experience • Bachelor’s degree or above, e.g. major in Biopharmaceutical engineering or process, etc. Skills: • Hunter sales profile • Strong business acumen • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese • Good interpersonal communication • Strong networking skills; internally and externally • Have large project sales, follow up, daily contact, negotiation ability Attitude: • Maintain a stable performance under pressure • Customer-orientation and effective communication • Teamwork profile • Thinking big and winning attitude • Willing to travel As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth.
