Participate in daily status meetings and communicate inventory, quality, safety, and operational concerns. Support continuous improvement initiatives, 5S activities, and inventory process enhancements. Maintain compliance with all safety, quality, and company policies while fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. We care about diversity, inclusion and equity in our recruitment processes. We also believe behavioral traits can provide important insights into a candidate's fit to a role. To help us achieve this, we apply Pymetrics assessments, and upon application you will be invited to play the assessment games. What You Know You have a high school diploma or GED with relevant experience, and: Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, manufacturing, or a related operational environment. Experience performing cycle counts, inventory transactions, inventory auditing, and material handling activities. Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems, inventory management software, handheld scanners, and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills with the ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Basic math skills, including counting, measurements, and reading a tape measure. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to professionally interact across departments. We are seeking a safety-focused and detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of their work and consistently demonstrates accuracy, accountability, and reliability. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work independently, and collaborates effectively with others to achieve team goals. A commitment to continuous improvement, willingness to learn new processes, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for success in this role. Strong professionalism, adaptability, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are highly valued. What's in it for you?
