Data use and commercial access model: Define supported use cases, permitted analyses, derivative-use rights, export and sharing capabilities, retention, and restrictions. Partner with legal, privacy, security, scientific, and commercial teams to define practical requirements for access, permissions, data separation, monitoring, and compliance. Business development and partnerships: Partner with Business Development to evaluate data partners and shape value propositions. Lead product requirements, technical alignment, delivery milestones, and acceptance criteria for product-related partnerships. Pricing and value attribution: Define customer value and recommend pricing and packaging models, including value attribution to PacBio and data partners. Execution and commercialization: Guide products from concept through launch and improvement. Define milestones, dependencies, risks, launch criteria, and success metrics.
