Join Our Team and What We'll Accomplish Together TELUS Health is transforming how organizations manage employee benefits. Our Retirement & Benefit Solutions team works with leading North American companies to implement modern, cloud-based platforms that simplify benefits administration—making it easier for employees to access the health and welfare programs they need. As a Project Manager on our implementation team, you'll be the connective tissue holding complex software implementations together. You'll coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain project clarity when things get complex, and directly support clients through their transformation journey. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and takes pride in delivering on commitments. You'll work on meaningful projects that impact thousands of employees, helping organizations modernize their benefits administration while building strong client partnerships. What You'll Do Your day-to-day work will involve coordinating implementation activities across Configuration, Data, QA, Product, Development, Integration, and Operations teams—plus client stakeholders. You'll maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status materials to keep everyone aligned on scope, timeline, and deliverables. Key activities you'll own: Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional team meetings and working sessions; capture decisions, actions, and follow-ups clearly Maintain project controls: plans, milestone trackers, dependency logs, and status reporting to support accurate visibility Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early; support mitigation planning and escalate when needed Prepare and deliver client-facing status updates, meeting materials, and follow-up communications Support delivery work across the full benefits implementation lifecycle: eligibility, enrollment, plan configuration, data migration, carrier/vendor interfaces, testing, and go-live Apply Agile and modern delivery practices to support team planning and execution Use AI tools (copilots, automation) to improve your productivity and the team's: drafting meeting notes, summarizing actions, generating status reports, managing follow-ups Help maintain accurate project data and dependency tracking so the team stays current and ready What makes this work interesting: You'll solve real coordination challenges, manage competing priorities, and see the direct impact of your work on client success and team morale. You'll also learn the Health & Welfare benefits space—a specialized domain that's valuable across the industry. What You Bring Must-Haves: 2–3 years of project management experience, ideally supporting client-facing software implementations or benefits technology projects Foundational knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)—you understand the basics and can apply them flexibly Strong organizational and communication skills: you can juggle multiple priorities, document decisions clearly, and keep teams aligned Proficiency with project tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps Practical experience with AI tools: you're comfortable using copilots, automation, or generative AI to improve your own productivity and work quality Willingness to learn Health & Welfare benefits concepts—you understand the value of benefits administration and are ready to develop domain knowledge (eligibility, enrollment, plan rules, life events, interfaces, data migration) Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Health & Welfare benefits platforms, including support for medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending accounts, or leave programs Familiarity with carrier/vendor integrations, eligibility file feeds, payroll interfaces, or data migration activities Exposure to open enrollment, annual enrollment, or client onboarding projects PMP certification or working toward it Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if the posted salary range doesn't match your expectations. We're open to discussing competitive compensation packages tailored to your experience level and expertise. TELUS Health offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as: Comprehensive total rewards package highlighting competitive salary and bonus structures, minimum 3 weeks of vacation, and flexible benefits plan to meet the needs of you and your family Flexibility to work in-office, virtually or a combination of both Generous company matched pension Opportunity to give back to communities in which we work, live and serve Career growth and learning & development opportunities to develop your skills Why Join Us: You'll work with a talented team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and modern delivery practices.
