Au sein de notre bureau de Carquefou (44), vos missions sont les suivantes : Traiter les demandes d’interventions sollicitées par le client via différents canaux de manière proactive ou réactive, Gérer le planning des techniciens en fonction de la charge de travail, des priorités définies et des urgences conjointement avec le manager, Planifier les interventions en fonction des capacités et aptitudes des techniciens et de leurs positionnements géographiques, Renseigner les techniciens sur les travaux planifiés grâce aux commentaires établis dans le logiciel, Assurer la préparation des chantiers : pièces et services externes, Informer les clients sur le déroulement prévu des interventions planifiées (organisation et délais), Clôturer et valider les interventions des techniciens en lien avec le Responsable d'Équipe Opérationnelle et le commercial, Traiter et clôturer les rapports d’intervention en vérifiant les informations sur le rapport des techniciens pour en assurer le transfert vers la facturation. Votre profil : Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'un Bac +2/+3, Vous avez déjà une première expérience dans la planification et le suivi logistique d’interventions, Vous maîtrisez les outils informatiques, Vous êtes à l'aise à l’oral et êtes sensibilisé(e) à l’accueil et au service client, Vous êtes doté(e) d'un bon relationnel, êtes dynamique et avez le sens des priorités.
