Early Access: Your benefits start after just 30 days of employment At Airgas, our trusted Expeditor is responsible for providing full support to the distribution center receiving department by performing the duties listed below. Review inbound purchase orders and receiving transactions for accuracy Partner with vendors and intercompany branches to resolve incoming shipment questions and ensure smooth delivery flow Collaborate with accounts payable teams to solve invoice inquiries and maintain positive vendor relationships Partner with the receiving supervisor and team to manage administrative flow and support daily department success Duties may also include: Safely assist in unloading and staging incoming shipments to be received Ensure detail accuracy while receiving and staging products for put-away Put-Away and replenish products to ensure smooth fulfillment for picking Coordinate, pick, and stage products for outbound shipment Ensure detail accuracy and carefully pack products to be shipped Wrap skids, stack boxes, and manifest shipments to deliver reliable service to customers Support team goals through additional warehouse activities as needed ________________________ Are you a MATCH? Preferred Experience 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred skills Detail oriented Able to manage strict deadlines Able to multitask and take direction from multiple sources PC skills and proficient in MS Office and Google Suites software Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
