As we prepare for our busiest and most exciting time of year, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Festive Support Assistants on a 4-week fixed-term contract from the end of November until the end of December at H beauty Edinburgh. About the Role As a Festive Support Assistant, you'll provide flexible support across multiple areas of the store, helping our teams deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience during one of the busiest times of the year. No two days will be the same. You may be supporting customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, processing transactions at the tills, assisting with festive gifting, or ensuring our store remains beautifully presented and ready for trade. You will: Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for every customer. Support customers with enquiries and product recommendations across beauty and gifting. Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently. Replenish stock and maintain product availability across the store. Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a beautifully presented shopping environment. Assist with festive gifting services and seasonal activities. Promote our My Beauty rewards programme and customer feedback initiatives. Work collaboratively with colleagues across different areas of the business to support peak trading. About You We're looking for individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude to everything they do. You will have: Experience in a customer-facing environment such as retail, hospitality, leisure or beauty. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers. A flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the store.
