Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required Providing support with reference to on-site safety requirements Maintain Finning Customer Service Commitment Specific Skills & Experience Interprovincial Journeyperson Heavy Equipment Certification Clean Drivers’ Abstract (5 yr) required for field roles Demonstrated field troubleshooting skills on the Caterpillar equipment is required for field based positions Strong experience in Electrical, Hydraulic and Emissions systems are considered assets Engine and/or component rebuilding experience is beneficial Transmission or Hydraulic testing experience Previous gas engine and power generation experience would be considered an asset Important Details: This position is based out of Edmonton, on a 7x7 Continuous Shift OR 5x2 (Monday to Friday) A condition of employment may include the ability to obtain Customer Site access (Drug & Alcohol, fitness testing) and wear a respirator where applicable Union Membership: This is a unionized position.
