Principais Responsabilidades Prestar suporte à integração de novos clientes e à manutenção de clientes existentes. Facilitar os processos de abertura, manutenção e encerramento de contas. Assegurar a execução dos procedimentos de Conheça o Seu Cliente (KYC). Monitorar solicitações de clientes, acompanhando a sua resolução dentro dos SLAs definidos. Manter e atualizar informações, mandatos e documentação de clientes. Apoiar a gestão da carteira de clientes, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e mitigando riscos. Realizar contactos regulares com clientes para garantir elevados níveis de satisfação. Tratar e acompanhar reclamações, assegurando uma resolução eficaz. Colaborar com equipas internas para garantir a entrega de soluções adequadas às necessidades dos clientes. Garantir o cumprimento das políticas internas, requisitos regulatórios e normas de compliance. Qualificações Licenciatura concluída ou em curso em: Gestão de Empresas Economia Finanças Direito ou áreas afins. Mínimo de 2 anos de experiência em Banca Comercial, preferencialmente em funções de atendimento e suporte ao cliente. Conhecimento da cadeia de valor da Banca Comercial. Forte orientação para o cliente e qualidade de serviço. Capacidade de execução e acompanhamento de processos. Boa capacidade analítica e interpretação de dados. Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal. Conhecimento dos produtos e serviços da banca comercial será uma vantagem.
