Job Description : Job Role: Digital & OT Cyber Coordinator Location: Nangor Road Dublin, Ireland Contract: Permanent Work Pattern: Monday – Friday onsite About Us With over 200 brands sold in nearly 180 countries, Diageo is home to some of the world’s most iconic drinks. From Johnnie Walker and Guinness to Tanqueray, Smirnoff and Don Julio, we craft brands chosen for life’s moments — from everyday connections to landmark celebrations. Bring your talent, curiosity and ambition, and strive for your personal best alongside people who challenge, support and learn from each other. Together, as one outstanding team, we keep learning, improving and raising the bar for our brands, our business and each other. Join us and play your part in making life’s moments mean a little more. Our indulgent blend of aged Irish whiskey and luscious Irish dairy cream, with hints of cocoa and vanilla, is loved the world over and sold in over 160 countries. Produced and bottled exclusively in Ireland, Baileys is enjoyed drizzled over ice cream, swirled into coffee or simply poured over ice. The world's supply of Baileys comes from two production sites; Dublin and Belfast. Over 8 million cases of Baileys Original and Baileys Flavours leave the gates of these two sites every year, destined for over 130 countries worldwide. About the Role As a Digital & OT Cyber Coordinator you will play a key role in delivering digital, data and operational technology (OT) initiatives across our Baileys sites. Acting as a central point of coordination between operations, engineering and digital teams you’ll support the rollout of new technologies, ensure alignment with cybersecurity and compliance standards (including GRMS and NIS2) and help embed digital tools that drive continuous improvement. You’ll also support OT cyber activities, manage documentation and governance and ensure risks, incidents and change activities are tracked and escalated appropriately. A key part of the role will involve enabling better use of data across the site—supporting the development of dashboards, reporting and visualisations that turn data into meaningful insights and support operational decision making. You’ll help identify data gaps, improve data quality and contribute to transformation initiatives while also supporting training, communications and digital capability building to ensure successful adoption of new tools and technologies. About You The ideal candidate will bring experience from a manufacturing, engineering or production environment with a solid understanding of digital tools and operational technology systems. You’ll be confident operating across both technical and site-based teams bringing strong coordination and stakeholder management skills along with exposure to areas such as automation, MES, IoT or analytics tools. You have a proactive mindset, are detail-oriented when it comes to governance and documentation and are confident supporting initiatives from concept through to rollout. Ideally, you’ll also have experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI and an awareness of IT/OT networks and their convergence. Exposure to continuous improvement or transformation programmes would be beneficial. Most importantly, you’re someone who can connect the dots between technology and operations—helping translate data into actionable insights, supporting teams to build digital capability, and driving real business impact.
