This is a hybrid position based in Skopje or Ohrid. Team members are required to be in the office three days per week, with flexibility to select their in-office days based on personal preference and business needs. What You'll Do Write clean, testable code using .NET programming languages. Develop technical specifications and architecture. Develop, implement, and support applications in a timely and high-quality manner. Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle. Analyze system requirements and provide solutions. Review and refactor code to ensure high performance. Deploy fully functional applications. Mentor and guide team members through code reviews and knowledge sharing. Document development and operational procedures. Conduct technical research to integrate new technologies. Engage in day-to-day communication with team leaders, attending meetings, and collaborating extensively with the QA, support team, and product owners. What We're Looking For 6+ years of solid hands-on experience in developing enterprise web-based solutions. Advanced knowledge and experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), XML, SOAP, and REST implementation. Extensive experience with MS SQL Server, with knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch) being a plus. Proficiency in web technologies such as .Net Core, ASP.NET MVC, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS. Experience in analysis, building, and implementation of various enterprise architectures. Proven ability to provide expertise, mentoring, leadership, and creativity to the application development team. Experience troubleshooting and analyzing production issues. Familiarity with writing tests first, agile development, and a continuous integration build environment. Experience in establishing software development guidelines and performing code and build reviews. Nice to have: Experience with source code management systems (Git), understanding of software construction and principles, and a willingness to learn and understand others' code.
