Job Description: Sous Chef – Jackson-Triggs Estate Winery Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON Jackson-Triggs Estate Winery, part of Arterra Wines Canada, is one of Canada’s most recognized wine brands. Located in the heart of Niagara wine country, our estate offers patio dining, restaurant service, private events, and our popular Summer Concert Series in our vineyard amphitheatre. We are looking for a passionate Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef and help deliver exceptional culinary experiences that complement our premium VQA wines.
