Capital Markets & Banking Associate As a future member of our Luxembourg Capital Markets & Banking team, the candidate will work on a wide range of cross-border deals and advise top-tier clients, including financial institutions, funds, investment banks, public entities, corporates from various industry sectors and private equity houses. The role would include the following: • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documents and legal opinions in the context of syndicated lending deals, real estate, fund, asset and acquisition finance, and debt restructuring transactions • Managing and coordinating various aspects of capital markets and lending transactions • Structuring, assisting and advising on securitisation transactions and structured finance deals • Assisting on various debt capital markets transactions and securities issuances, as well as listing matters • Advising on regulatory and other aspects of finance transactions and capital markets practice • Participating in presentations, legal publications and client meetings SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE SOUGHT • Master's degree in Law (or similar degree); an LLM will be considered an asset • Admission to a European or Luxembourg Bar • Relevant work experience of 2 years • Fluent in English.
