What You Will Do
- Treat patients under the PT’s established plan of care
- Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and strengthening
- Monitor patient response and communicate progress to the PT
- Assist with progression using clinic tools and objective measures as appropriate
- Work collaboratively with aides to maintain patient flow and care quality
- Complete documentation efficiently during the workday
Clinic Environment
- Open-gym, active rehab setting

Mentorship and Support
- Direct access to the Clinic Director and PT for feedback and questions
- Gradual onboarding with observation and collaborative treatment sessions

- New grads welcome if motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
- Interest in sports rehab and orthopedic care
- Strong communication and teamwork skill
Compensation and Benefits
- $32-$38/hr. based on experience
