Gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Projekt-, Entwicklungs- und Testteams erhältst Du spannende Einblicke in moderne Entwicklungs- und Projektmanagementprozesse und lernst den Einsatz KI-gestützter Methoden in der Praxis kennen. WAS DICH ERWARTET Du unterstützt den/die Commercial Project Manager:in sowie die Teilprojektleiter:innen bei der operativen und kaufmännischen Steuerung eines komplexen Entwicklungsprojekts. Du bereitest Projektstatus, Terminübersichten, Aufwandsauswertungen und offene Maßnahmen auf und unterstützt bei deren Nachverfolgung. Du erstellst Reports, Präsentationen und Management-Unterlagen und bereitest projektbezogene Informationen zielgruppengerecht auf. Du bereitest Projekt- und Statusmeetings vor, dokumentierst Ergebnisse und unterstützt bei der Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen. Du unterstützt bei der Analyse, Optimierung und KI-gestützten Automatisierung von Projektmanagement- und Reportingprozessen. WAS DU MITBRINGST Du befindest Dich in einem laufenden Studium, beispielsweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Projektmanagement, Controlling oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. Du suchst ein Pflichtpraktikum im Rahmen Deines Studiums und kannst uns idealerweise für einen Zeitraum von fünf bis sechs Monaten unterstützen. Du verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens C1-Niveau sowie Englischkenntnisse auf mindestens B2-Niveau. Du bringst gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office mit und bist insbesondere im Umgang mit Excel und PowerPoint sicher. Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an künstlicher Intelligenz und idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen mit KI-Tools gesammelt. Du interessierst Dich dafür, KI für Analyse, Dokumentation, Reporting und Prozessoptimierung einzusetzen. Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und zuverlässig. Du interessierst Dich für technische Entwicklungsprojekte und innovative Technologien. Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist von Vorteil. Du bist bereit, Dein Praktikum vollständig vor Ort in Ingolstadt zu absolvieren.
