What You'll Do Operate and monitor a variety of manufacturing equipment, including overhead cranes, tube-forming mills, and processing machinery. Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production process. Perform equipment adjustments and basic operational checks. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications. Follow established safety procedures and work practices. Work with team members to maintain efficient production operations. What We're Looking For A strong work ethic and commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Basic math skills, including decimals, fractions, and measurements. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to learn new equipment and processes. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts. Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, twist, reach, climb, and perform other physical tasks associated with manufacturing operations. Ability to work safely around industrial equipment and moving machinery. Schedule 12-hour shifts: Days (6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.) Nights (6:00 p.m.-6:00 a.m.) Work schedule may vary based on business needs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
