What You'll Bring Must-Haves: 5–7+ years of software engineering experience delivering complex, production-scale applications and SaaS products. Strong full-stack expertise building applications, APIs, and cloud-based solutions with modern technologies such as C#/.NET, React, TypeScript, and Node.js. An AI-first mindset with familiarity using GenAI tools. Experience providing technical leadership through architecture decisions, code reviews, engineering standards, and mentoring. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and scalable system design. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with a track record of driving results in fast-paced environments Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Haves: Experience with microservices, event-driven architectures, distributed systems, and other modern design patterns. Familiarity with legal technology, professional services software, data analytics platforms, or other complex B2B SaaS environments. Experience leading distributed teams or operating high-availability cloud applications. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education, and other relevant qualifications. This role is also eligible to participate in a company bonus plan. In addition to base salary, Litera offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with company match, and incentive and recognition programs.
