For our location in Vienna we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our PDMI department as Global Marketing Manager (m/f/d). Your responsibilities: Lead and execute the global marketing strategy and tactical plans, including budget and resource management Drive a business-driven product marketing approach in close collaboration with Sales, Innovation, and Category teams Develop and implement global marketing campaigns and content strategies to enhance customer experience and proactive launches Establish and manage lead generation and qualification processes to support new business growth Act as global functional lead for marketing, aligning local teams, governance, and KPIs Your profile: Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally within the B2B food industry Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills in an international environment Strong project management and strategic thinking capabilities.
