He/she is to also provide training, supervision and coaching to junior service engineers (internal and distributors) to enhance their technical competency. Responsible for driving continuous improvement in Aftermarket process. Investigate and handle customers’ complaint and product failures. Providing technical support and advice to distributors and end customer Specific Responsibilities 1. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. 2. Lead / Attends to commissioning of System Project at customer site. 3. Provides technical assistance on factory test of special projects. 4. Investigates root causes of engine failures and recommend solution. 5. Provides after sales technical support and site service to distributors and dealers in a timely manner 6. Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance. 7. Create and maintain detailed service reports, logs, and other documentation related to field service activities. 8. Maintain a deep understanding of the Rehlko's products, services, and related technologies. 9. Provide guidance and training to junior field service engineers and other technical personnel. 10. Provides specific training to distributors and dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets, ensuring optimum service level at all distributors 11. Evaluates distributors and dealers’ technical capability. 12. Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams (engineering, sales, customer support), and other stakeholders. 13. Drive process improvement and contribute to the development of better service procedures. 14.
