The role ensures seamless execution of pricing, content, ordering, and customer/distributor support, acting as the operational bridge between regions, distributors, and the Global AMPS Digital Commerce teams. Scope & Coverage Global role with primary responsibility for EMEA&APAC Focused on AMPS digital commerce business Works closely with Global AMPS, Digital CX, IT, Product, Pricing, Parts Logistics, and Regional Channel teams Key Responsibilities Digital Commerce Platform Operations : Ensure the smooth operation of the Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud platform and provide support to distributors and internal stakeholders. Pricing & Commercial Execution : Manage pricing, discounts, and commercial rules while ensuring accuracy and compliance across the platform. Content & Catalog Management : Maintain accurate product, catalog, and digital content data to deliver an optimal customer experience.
