This position reports to: EL Sales Support Manager - Technical Sales Support __ Tu rol y responsabilidades En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad de brindar soporte a la organización de Electrification Service Sales y a los clientes durante el proceso de elaboración de propuestas. Cada día, actuarás como un recurso técnico clave en el área asignada. También podrás demostrar tu experiencia mediante la preparación de descripciones técnicas de productos y tecnologías, la determinación de costos y la elaboración de la documentación final. El modelo de trabajo para esta posición es híbrido. Esta posición contribuye al negocio de Electrification Service en Uruguay. Tus principales responsabilidades serán: Actividades de soporte a Ventas Recomendar soluciones técnicamente adecuadas y rentables para brindar soporte a los equipos de Ventas y a los clientes. Participar en actividades de promoción y prescripción de productos y soluciones de servicio de ABB. Preparar ofertas técnico-comerciales, en función de los requerimientos y especificaciones del cliente, las indicaciones del negocio/fábrica proveedora y las directivas de la organización de Ventas. Brindar soporte a clientes en las etapas de preventa y posventa, en colaboración con la organización de Servicios y las fábricas proveedoras. Actividades de ejecución de proyectos de Servicio Procesar órdenes de compra y realizar el traspaso a los equipos de gestión de órdenes y Logística. Ejecutar proyectos de Servicio, con foco en HSE (Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente) y en los resultados financieros. Preparar materiales y brindar soporte en revisiones internas y revisiones de proyectos con clientes. Requisitos para la posición Contar con experiencia en la industria eléctrica y sólidos conocimientos de sistemas de distribución eléctrica, celdas de media tensión (MT), tableros de baja tensión (BT) y relés de protección. Contar con 2 a 5 años de experiencia en entornos industriales o sectores relacionados. Poseer conocimientos avanzados de SAP y Excel. Orientación al cliente, capacidad de colaboración, escucha activa y resolución de problemas, con habilidad para comprender las necesidades del cliente y traducirlas en requerimientos técnicos. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, con una marcada capacidad de aprendizaje, adaptación y trabajo autónomo. Título universitario en Ingeniería Eléctrica. Nivel de inglés avanzado/fluyente, con comodidad para comunicarse tanto de forma oral como escrita.
