This position reports to: Production Supervisor __ The work model for the role is: Onsite, Fort Smith, AR Your role and responsibilities: Load production lines with required parts, read diagrams and instructions, accurately assemble motor components, and meet quality and production standards. Operate air hoists and lifting devices, use basic computer systems, and learn production processes and systems. Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements; perform repetitive movements, handle components weighing 30–50 lbs., and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing environment. Communicate defects and equipment issues, collaborate with team members and supervisors, maintain housekeeping standards, cross-train in other production areas, and work overtime as needed. Qualifications for the role: HS Diploma or equivalent required. 6 months of industrial or military experience, or vocational/technical education; motor manufacturing experience preferred. Must pass a background and drug screen and have valid U.S. work authorization. Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing English is essential for maintaining a safe work environment.
