This position reports to: Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager __ 仓管员工作内容严格落实公司仓储运营任务安排，保障仓库收、发流程的作业能平稳有序开展；严格执行公司仓储管理要求，确保出入库货物数量、质量符合交付标准；严格遵循仓库作业指引要求，依据公司生产计划与库存管理标准，按时完成货物的出入库、分拣、盘点作业，保障运营顺畅；严格按照公司货物检验标准，执行来货入库检验、在库周期抽检、出库复检工作，确保所有出入库与存储货物符合质量要求；按照作业指引完成仓库作业设备、搬运工具（叉车、提升机等）日常点检工作；严格执行安全要求，避免工伤意外发生；参与安全培训，上报发现的安全隐患；执行6S管理要求，确保工作环境整洁有序；完成仓库日常管理及上级安排的其他工作。仓库管理员要求高中、中专或以上学历。一年以上物流仓储相关工作经验，优秀应届技校生可考虑，有叉车证优先。头脑灵活，动手能力强，能长时间站立和行走，工作细心认真。能适应加班、轮班和三班安排。良好的团队合作能力。录用标准：知识与技能：通过入职及上岗培训的考核要求能够独立完成本岗位指定工位的全部装配操作，无需他人协助熟练使用本岗位所需工具及设备质量与效率：无因个人操作失误，导致重大质量事故（如错发物料、客户投诉等）效率达到标准工时的95%以上（试用期最后一个月计算）按时完成上级安排的生产任务，无因个人原因导致的延误行为与态度：出勤率达到95%以上（不含法定节假日及带薪年假）无严重违纪行为（如旷工、打架、顶撞管理、酒后上岗等）服从工作安排，积极配合生产调度、加班及临时任务安全与合规：了解本岗位的安全风险点及对应防护措施严格遵守安全操作规程，无因违规操作引起安全事故按时完成相关安全培训，上报发现的安全隐患执行6S管理要求，确保工作环境整洁有序没有违反公司合规相关要求 Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
