Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments accurately and on time. Maintain shipping documentation, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery records. Coordinate with operations, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth shipment flow and resolve issues. Monitor inventory accuracy and support warehouse organization and efficiency. Utilize warehouse management systems and computer applications to track shipments and inventory. Qualifications: Bilingual English/Spanish a must High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in leading a team in shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field. Knowledge of shipping processes, inventory control, and warehouse best practices. Experience with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills.
