Assess change impact, organizational readiness, capability gaps, and resistance; develop targeted interventions that improve confidence and sustained adoption. Build and manage change champion networks across Program Management, Program Planning, Development Asset Leads, and broader Development functions to accelerate adoption and reinforce desired behaviors. Help business teams identify practical AI opportunities and determine when the best response is AI enablement, workflow redesign, process simplification, behavior change, or a combination of these. Translate AI capabilities and limitations into clear workflow implications, role expectations, human-review requirements, and user guidance. Define, monitor, and report adoption metrics, user engagement indicators, value-realization measures, and solution performance KPIs to leadership. Promote responsible AI adoption by helping users understand appropriate use, limitations, human oversight, governance expectations, data considerations, and compliance obligations. Coordinate user acceptance testing, release readiness, go-live support, and post-implementation adoption monitoring for technology and AI initiatives. Required Skills Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; BS/BA with 8+ years, MS with 6+ years, or equivalent experience in change management, technology adoption, digital transformation, or portfolio operations. Working knowledge of AI, generative AI, analytics, automation, and data-driven technologies, including their business applications, limitations, risks, and potential impact on roles, workflows, controls, and decision-making.
