Job Description: As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. Job Responsibilities * Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. * Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. * Manage reservations, including making new bookings, modifying existing ones, and processing cancellations. * Process payments accurately and maintain a balanced cash drawer. * Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. * Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and directions. * Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area. * Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Job Qualifications * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality. * Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.. * Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
