Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and order across our facility, ensuring a comfortable environment for our guests. Responsibilities: * Clean and sanitize guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces according to established standards and procedures. * Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces, furniture, and fixtures. * Replenish supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities. * Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to disposal areas. * Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items promptly to supervision. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. * Handle guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. * Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens. Qualifications: * Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role, preferred. * Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high cleanliness standards. * Good physical stamina, capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. * Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
