Introduction to the Job We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer (TSE) with strong technical aptitude and leadership potential. This role provides technical support for customers and internal stakeholders while serving as a development pathway toward future Team Lead responsibilities. The successful candidate will drive technical problem resolution, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and team capability growth. Role and Responsibilities Provide technical troubleshooting and support for complex system and product issues. Lead issue analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions. Support customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and service quality. Develop and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing materials. Coach and mentor junior engineers while supporting team development initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in support processes, efficiency, and customer experience. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum 5 years of experience in technical support, field service, system installation, or engineering environments. Experience working with complex equipment, troubleshooting, and customer support. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform under pressure.
