Job Description: Your impact Be the Backbone of a Growing Logistics Hub in Southampton Join a busy, expanding operation where your expertise keeps materials moving smoothly and efficiently. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday to Friday during the day, placing you at the centre of a reliable and capable team. You'll play a hands-on role in a small, agile team managing the entire flow of materials through the business—from goods receipt and stock control to kitting parts and preparing deliveries for UK and international customers. Receive and manage goods accurately Kit parts and prepare shipments Lift, carry, and move stock safely Climb steps to access and store goods Follow Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) practices where applicable What you’ll bring: Previous experience in a logistics or warehouse environment is preferred Ability to safely climb steps and carry/place goods as required This is not an exhaustive list, and we are keen to hear from you even if you might not have experience in all the above.
