REQUIREMENTS GATHERING AND IMPLEMENTATION Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. Build and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance data accessibility. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data models and visualizations. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions. Support data integration and automation efforts using Power Platform tools. (Nice to have) Analyse business processes using process mining tools to uncover inefficiencies and recommend improvements. CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles. Proficiency in Power BI: and Other BI Applications data modelling, DAX, Power Query, RSL, roles and security and report development. Proficiency on Data modelling & front-end building Ability to work with business to document & translate business requirements into insights Project management skills Understanding of Data Quality principles & ability to discover & trigger Data Quality risks Experience with Power Apps: canvas and model-driven apps, connectors, and workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in SQL and Excel. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to have - Experience with process mining tools such as ARIS, Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or PAFnow. Familiarity with Power Automate and Microsoft Dataverse.
