Monitor and control operational expenses, ensuring financial discipline and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Develop, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business performance and operational efficiency. Transform, cleanse, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, deviations, and opportunities for improvement. Build and automate executive reports and dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and ERP systems to provide actionable insights to leadership. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Administration, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, cost control, treasury, purchasing, or related functions. Experience in transportation, trucking, logistics, or supply chain environments is highly preferred. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, forecasting, data validation, and data analysis; experience with Power BI and ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or similar). Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills; intermediate to advanced English is preferred.
