在国际财富中心设立阶段根据国际财富中心设立的要求，与相关内部部门进行紧密的合作，跟进国际财富中心设立、外勤和内勤支持的资源规划和招聘方面等问题。业务展开审计和合规监控确保完全符合内部政策、标准、准则和规程（尤其是当地分支机构的运营规程）及由当地监管机构做出的规则和规定。领导、教育员工，通过实时监控和有效的补救措施提高销售团队运营的控制和合规质量。配合审计、合规以及相关监管部门对于销售团队的审计或者检查。根据国际财富中心负责人的要求，对于审计以及合规检查中发现的相关问题进行整改，并对整改的结果进行及时的汇报。根据公司规定，对于发现的各项合规问题，及时上报。销售管理和业务开发领导和推动以团队为基础的销售业绩，以达成分配给销售团队的整体销售目标。制定销售战略和业务计划，并根据总部的相关策略进行战略的调整。对各项销售指标进行监控，以及对于销售团队的提出相关的保持或者改进方法。高效地利用分支机构的销售资源，根据销售人员的技能差距来分配销售目标，以提高生产力。保持业务和社会联络，以促进业务推广、提高渗透率和扩展客户基础。向国际财富管理中心负责人及个人银行业务区域总监反映客户反馈和竞争情况并提出建议。人才管理和开发通过有效的招聘、资源规划和人力调度来确保充分的员工配备，以优化日常销售和运营生产力。高效管理团队，保证团队的稳定性。根据各项表现，以及总部career roadmap或者考评要求，培养优秀的团队人员。分辨员工的能力差距和缺点，推荐培训发展计划并跟踪培训后改进情况。督导员工的日常工作表现并维持员工纪律。与员工保持明确和即时沟通，提供激励和支持，以鼓励他们达成指标。建立团队成员相互信任的氛围，提高士气，公平地处理员工问题。客户体验管理达到在多个客户满意度调查/跟踪计划中（例如神秘顾客和电话服务调查）的预设满意度水平。督导员工的日常服务质量和分支机构的环境，达到符合银行要求的标准。对客户的特别要求提供快速的回应，确保客户的口头和书面投诉可以按照内部准则得到及时地处理和解决。保证销售团队能够在日常工作中保持一定的服务质量，并同国际财富中心内的服务团队合作，满足客人的合理请求。积极配合总部各项客户体验管理项目，就所属销售团队的情况提出相关的意见或建议。对于重要的投诉，做到及时上报。并与国际财富管理中心负责人，COO部门合作进行投诉处理与解决。 Location: PRC - Beijing Job: Relationship Management Schedule: Regular Employee Status: Full time DBS is more than a bank — we're shaping the future of finance and communities.
